It holds what a research team concluded, the assumptions each conclusion rested on, the evidence behind each assumption, and who resolved the conflicts between sources along the way. Every conclusion has an owner and a date. Every excerpt links back to the primary filing or transcript it came from.
Why we built it
We come from adjacent seats: a data scientist in financial markets and an engineer who builds systems people have to trust. We kept meeting the same gap. The answer to a research question was always retrievable. What the team concluded from it, and the reasons, lived in one person's notes or in a thread no one could find again. When that person moved on, the data stayed and the reasoning left with them.
SCND Order keeps the reasoning where the team can find it, trace it, and revise it in the open.
