Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SCND Order collects through https://scndorder.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by SCND Order, an unincorporated venture operated by its founders, based in Bangkok, Thailand("we", "us").

1. What we collect

Waitlist submissions. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter, the version of the page headline you saw, and the time of submission. We use this to contact you about early access and to understand which messaging visitors respond to.

Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep the email and our reply so we can follow up.

Essential technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) needed to serve the Site and keep it secure.

Analytics, with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Analytics cookies are not set and no analytics data is sent to Google until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, the Site works exactly the same and no analytics run. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We do not run user accounts, process payments, sell personal data, or use advertising trackers.

2. Cookies

Essential cookies are limited to what is needed to remember your cookie choice. They do not track you across sites.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) are set only after you accept them. They store a random identifier used to count visits and sessions. Google's own policy describes how it handles this data.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

We process waitlist data and correspondence to respond to your request (performance of a contract or steps at your request). We process technical logs for the legitimate interest of running a secure website. Where analytics cookies are used, we rely on your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. The following providers process data on our behalf to run the Site:

• Railway: Application hosting and database storage. Provider policy
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): Website traffic analytics, loaded only after consent. Provider policy
• Namecheap Private Email: Email correspondence sent to or from our contact address. Provider policy

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until early access closes or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on their standard schedule. Analytics data is retained by Google for the period set in our analytics configuration, currently 14 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@scndorder.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Waitlist data is stored in a database that is not publicly reachable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will also be sent by email.
