These terms govern your use of https://scndorder.com (the "Site"), operated by SCND Order, an unincorporated venture operated by its founders, based in Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site describes a product in development and lets you request early access. It is an informational site. It does not provide the product itself, and nothing on it creates an obligation on us to grant access, deliver any feature, or maintain any timeline.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Any examples, screenshots, or descriptions of research workflows are illustrative only.
3. Waitlist and early access
Submitting your email to the waitlist is a request, not a contract for service. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion. Access to the product, if offered, will be governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or third-party email addresses without authorisation; probe, scan, or test the Site's security; use automated tools to scrape the Site beyond what robots.txt permits; or interfere with the Site's operation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, and the SCND Order name are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, or republish its content without written permission, except for short quotations with attribution.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or withdraw the Site at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
